We propose to analyze the multiple dimensions that the idea of \u200b\u200bthe PCCh opens to generate a Community of shared future for mankind \u4eba\u7c7b \u547d\u8fd0 \u5171\u540c\u4f53 (R\u00e9nl\u00e8i m\u00ecngy\u00f9n g\u00f2ngt\u00f3ngt\u01d0), and how this purpose has influenced China-Latin America international relations.<\/p>\n<div class=\"canvasWrapper\">\n<p>Chinese idea of \u200b\u200bcreating a \u00abcommunity of shared destiny\u00bb emerged in September 2011 in the White Paper on Peaceful Development, later sustained in Wen Jiabao&#8217;s speech during the XIV China-ASEAN Summit and taken up by Hu Jintao in the speech of opening of the XVIII National Congress of the Communist Party in 2012, in which the expression was improved with the formula \u00abhuman community with a shared future\u00bb, later perfected by Xi Jinping in his famous 2015 speech, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the United Nations, \u00abBuilding a community of shared future for mankind\u00bb, which includes five contents: political association, security, economic development, cultural exchanges and the environment. This perspective was taken up in the speech to the United Nations in Geneva in January 2017 and the idea of \u200b\u200bthe essential need to \u00abbuild a community with a shared future\u00bb was confirmed in October of the same year in the Report of the XIX National Congress of the Communist Party.<\/p>\n<p>In March 2018 it was incorporated into the Chinese Constitution as part of Xi Jinping&#8217;s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
