El mismo tiene como objetivo fomentar la cultura, la historia y la producci\u00f3n cinematogr\u00e1fica de realizadores africanos, afrodescendientes y autores de otras nacionalidades que muestren al mundo de las diferentes realidades de africanas\/os y afrodescendientes.
