Despu\u00e9s de 18 promociones consecutivas de la Maestr\u00eda en Relaciones Internacionales por una iniciativa de las autoridades del IRI, el Consejo Superior de la Universidad adopta una resoluci\u00f3n creando tambi\u00e9n en el \u00e1mbito del mismo el Doctorado en Relaciones Internacionales.<\/p>\n
