La modernizaci\u00f3n china se caracteriza por numerosas innovaciones internas e internacionales: las zonas econ\u00f3micas especiales, la pol\u00edtica del hijo \u00fanico, la pol\u00edtica de la Reforma y Apertura, la constituci\u00f3n de los pa\u00edses BRICS, la iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta y los Bancos Asi\u00e1ticos de inversi\u00f3n e infraestructura y de Desarrollo (AIIB y ADB), representan s\u00f3lo algunos ejemplos de este proceso que est\u00e1 innovando el viejo orden internacional hacia una nueva gobernanza global. Estas experiencias de continua transformaci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica Popular China en sus dimensiones internas e internacionales, humanas e institucionales, con un enfoque sobre todo en su impacto en Am\u00e9rica Latina, fueron el objeto principal del II Congreso Latinoamericano de Estudios Chinos, celebrado en La Plata los d\u00edas 20 y 21 de agosto de 2019, que se concentr\u00f3 en tres \u00e1reas tem\u00e1ticas: (i) pol\u00edtica y relaciones internacionales, (ii) econom\u00eda y finanzas e (iii) historia, cultura y sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Autores: <strong>Li Kaisheng, Julio Francisco
