El objetivo principal del encuentro fue fomentar la cooperaci\u00f3n e intercambio cultural entre j\u00f3venes estudiantes y profesionales de \u00e1reas como relaciones internacionales, ciencia, cultura, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, etc., de m\u00e1s de 180 pa\u00edses. El evento cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de veinte mil personas de las cuales diez mil eran extranjeros y el resto nacionales rusos.<br \/>\nEl festival cont\u00f3 con  un programa educativo, que const\u00f3 de mesas redondas, presentaciones de expertos y talleres, un programa cultural, el cual incluy\u00f3 ferias, exposiciones y excursiones, y un programa deportivo.<br \/>\nAl finalizar el Festival se llev\u00f3 a cabo un programa regional donde la Secretaria del Departamento de Eurasia particip\u00f3 en el Krai de Stavropol, en la ciudad de Pyatigorsk, entre los d\u00edas 8 y 13 de marzo. All\u00ed se llevaron adelante reuniones con especialistas de diversas \u00e1reas e instituciones acad\u00e9micas, como el Fondo Gorchakov, el cual se encarga de brindar apoyo al desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de las relaciones internacionales, o el Editor en Jefe del Journal International Analytics, Dr. <strong>Sergey Markedonov<\/strong>, revista fundada por el Instituto Estatal de Relaciones Internacionales de Mosc\u00fa (MGIMO), el centro m\u00e1s prestigioso en el area de relaciones internacionales de Rusia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>en
