Esto en plena visita del Primer Ministro israel\u00ed, <strong>Benjam\u00edn Netanyahu<\/strong>, a Washington.<\/p>\n<p>El decreto dispone restricciones financieras y de visado a todas aquellas personas implicadas en dichas investigaciones. Una medida que ya hab\u00eda dispuesto el mismo <strong>Donald Trump<\/strong> en el a\u00f1o 2020, durante su primer mandato, y que fuera revocada por la administraci\u00f3n de <strong>Joe Biden<\/strong> (en ese caso por investigaciones respecto a si las fuerzas armadas estadounidenses hab\u00edan perpetrado cr\u00edmenes de guerra en Afganist\u00e1n).<\/p>\n<p>La Corte Penal Internacional tom\u00f3 el guante y le contest\u00f3 a la administraci\u00f3n <strong>Trump<\/strong> manifestando que continuar\u00e1n proporcionando justicia y esperanza a millones de v\u00edctimas inocentes de atrocidades en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>La CPI es un tribunal internacional que imparte justicia de manera independiente e imparcial. Todo lo actuado en el presente conflicto se encuentra acorde a derecho.<\/p>\n<p>Por m\u00e1s simpat\u00edas o alianzas que haya, los cr\u00edmenes se cometieron (y siguen cometi\u00e9ndose) y, como tal, deben ser investigados y juzgados, las \u00f3rdenes de arresto ejecutadas y los derechos humanos garantizados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Departamento de Derechos
