El Instituto de Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Argentina) y vig\u00cdA \u2013Asociaci\u00f3n para la Valoraci\u00f3n de la Integridad, Gobernanza e Igualdad Algor\u00edtmica (Espa\u00f1a)\u2013 firmaron un convenio marco de cooperaci\u00f3n destinado a promover actividades conjuntas en \u00e1reas vinculadas con las relaciones internacionales, la inteligencia artificial, la gobernanza global, los derechos humanos digitales y el desarrollo sostenible.
\nEl acuerdo establece un marco general para desarrollar iniciativas acad\u00e9micas, cient\u00edficas, t\u00e9cnicas, formativas, institucionales y de divulgaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Entre las actividades previstas se incluyen seminarios, jornadas, conferencias, talleres, cursos, proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n, publicaciones, documentos de trabajo y espacios de debate dirigidos a comunidades acad\u00e9micas, organizaciones de la sociedad civil, tomadores de decisi\u00f3n, estudiantes y p\u00fablico interesado.
\nLa Universidad Nacional de La Plata design\u00f3 como unidad ejecutora al Instituto de Relaciones Internacionales y, dentro de este, al Centro sobre Inteligencia Artificial y Relaciones Internacionales (CIARI), que tendr\u00e1 un rol central en la coordinaci\u00f3n de las acciones vinculadas con inteligencia artificial y relaciones internacionales.
\nLa firma de este convenio fortalece la articulaci\u00f3n entre el \u00e1mbito universitario y la sociedad civil para impulsar una agenda de formaci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n y divulgaci\u00f3n sobre alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital, \u00e9tica de la inteligencia artificial, y promover una IA responsable y orientada al inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n
