tiene una importancia central en el funcionamiento de todo el sistema internacional. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ytAttributedStringHost ytAttributedStringWhiteSpacePreWrap\" dir=\"auto\" role=\"text\"><span class=\"ytAttributedStringLinkInheritColor\" dir=\"auto\">En este webinar, diferentes especialistas examinan algunos de los principales retos y amenazas que enfrenta en la actualidad, a saber, el papel del Consejo de Seguridad respecto a la prohibici\u00f3n, la crisis actual de las operaciones de mantenimiento de la paz, su relaci\u00f3n con la responsabilidad de proteger, su aplicaci\u00f3n en el espacio ultraterrestre, los usos de la fuerza contra misiones diplom\u00e1ticas y consulares y, finalmente, el riesgo que supone la pasividad de los Estados frente a
