fue seleccionado para recibir una beca parcial en el International Festival of Youth 2026, que se realizar\u00e1 en Ekaterimburgo, Rusia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para superar el proceso de selecci\u00f3n, <strong>Jos\u00e9<\/strong> present\u00f3 un ensayo sobre su trayectoria, una videopresentaci\u00f3n de sus logros y una propuesta de cooperaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica entre Rusia y Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El reconocimiento cobra especial relevancia por la magnitud de la convocatoria: se recibieron m\u00e1s de 100.000 postulaciones de 191 pa\u00edses para un evento que reunir\u00e1 a 10.000 j\u00f3venes vinculados con la ciencia, la tecnolog\u00eda, la educaci\u00f3n, el liderazgo y la cooperaci\u00f3n
