Javier Surasky<\/strong><br \/>\nCo-Director: <strong>Dr. Norberto Consani<\/strong><br \/>\nPer\u00edodo de investigaci\u00f3n: 2020-2023<br \/>\nInvestigadores:  <strong>Juan Alberto Rial, Mar\u00eda Laura Ganganelli<\/strong><br \/>\nTesista:  <strong>Celina Manso<\/strong><br \/>\nResumen: La Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible, adoptada por las Naciones Unidas en el a\u00f1o 2015, constituye el principal documento internacional de referencia en materia de promoci\u00f3n del desarrollo, representando un consenso de prioridades, principios de trabajo, esquemas de seguimiento de compromisos y visiones pol\u00edticas logrado entre m\u00e1s de 190 Estados. Sin embargo, como ha ocurrido con todas y cada una de las agendas adoptadas por las Naciones Unidas para promover el Desarrollo desde la adopaci\u00f3n del Primer Decenio para el Desarrollo en 1960, los compromisos adoptados en la Agenda 2030, expresados principal pero no exclusivamente en los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, tienen la forma legal de compromisos pol\u00edticos, por oposici\u00f3n a jur\u00eddicos, y por tanto no son jur\u00eddicamente vinculantes (exigibles).Dada la triple integraci\u00f3n del Desarrollo Sostenible, sustentado en el balance entre las dimensiones social, econ\u00f3mica y ambiental del Desarrollo; el Derecho Internacional puede ser no solo una fuente de reforzamiento de los compromisos reflejados en la Agenda 2030 a trav\u00e9s de la vinculaci\u00f3n de la misma con documentos jur\u00eddicamente vinculantes en los campos de los Derechos Humanos y el Derecho Internacional Ambiental, sino un canal de cumplimiento de objetivos en s\u00ed mismo, particularmente respecto del ODS 16. Paz, Justicia e Instituciones S\u00f3lidas; y 17.
